🚽 SEPTIC SYSTEM

Septic-safe toilet paper only. No wipes, hygiene products, or feminine products. These will cause serious damage to the septic system.

🔑 FRONT DOOR & PET GATES

Front Door: There is a key for the front door on the kitchen counter with the remote for the LED Bar lights. The lock for the door is a bit tricky. You must turn the lock and the handle at the same time to lock and unlock. Clockwise locks, Counterclockwise unlocks.

Pet Gates: Retractable gate at the front door (to the right, attaches like a window shade) and at the bottom of the interior stairs. Useful for containing pets.

🚫 THE NOS

No smoking inside home (including vaping and marijuana). Outside is fine but please away from open windows.
No fireworks ($1000 fine)
No noise after 10 PM (quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM)

🗑️ TRASH COLLECTION

Community does not allow curbside pickup due to bears
All trash must be taken to the community collection center

Display mirror tag/parking pass at the collection center to access

Controlled by individual room thermostats
Thermostats control heat only
Turn off when running A/C

Multiple window units
Run all units on hot days to cool the home

🔥 FIREPLACE

Remote-operated. Press both flame-line buttons (bottom left + top right) simultaneously. Unit beeps and lights in about 20 seconds. Immediately lower the flame or the house will become very hot. Non-operational May through August.

PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH LOG SET FOR ANY REASON. Please do not use the fireplace while running the A/C.

Run exhaust vent anytime cooking with the range
Helps reduce strong odors

🌀 GARBAGE DISPOSAL

Push button toggle switch under front of sink
Do not dispose of large quantities of food
Run cold water while operating

Used towels tossed in washing machine please
Please remove pet hair from all bedding, no need to strip the beds - cleaners will handle
If you relocated any furniture, lamps, appliances etc, we kindly ask that you return them to the original location
Dishes, pots n pans, cookware etc. has been cleaned
If grill was used, please clean
Spills or stains on floorings or appliances have been cleaned
Removed all food and personal items
Trash to collection center
Remotes returned to coffee table and bedroom dresser
Turn off Heat and A/C
Amenity badges returned
Front door key to kitchen counter
Windows closed, locked up
Text Will at 610-621-0769 that you’ve left

Check-out is at 12 noon unless we’ve agreed on a later time. Cleaners arrive at noon to start.
