Beds ready on arrival. Bringing pets? Consider bringing bed covers to manage pet hair.
Septic-safe toilet paper only. No wipes, hygiene products, or feminine products. These will cause serious damage to the septic system.
Display mirror tag/parking pass at the collection center to access
A/C units in each bedroom plus one large unit in the loft. Run all bedroom units to cool entire home. The loft unit can be noisy - use only when needed.
Non-venting gas fireplace controlled by a thermostat dial located under the unit in the lower compartment—use the handle to access. Set your desired temperature: counter-clockwise for warmer, clockwise for cooler. The fireplace will cycle on and off automatically to maintain the set temperature. Non-operational May through August.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH LOG SET FOR ANY REASON. Please do not use the fireplace while running the A/C.
We kindly ask that you do not allow them on the furniture unless you plan to remove the hair.
Firepit is located in the backyard. You are welcome to use anytime we are not under a burn ban due to dry conditions. Firewood is not provided.
Community amenities (pool, beach, courts), local attractions (Jim Thorpe, Hickory Run State Park), and helpful resources.
